• All deliveries are tailgate and assistance for unloading may be required.

• We collect all state taxes for the final destination.

• Once delivered, protection and security of the materials is the owner’s responsibility.

• Deliver times cannot be guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate a customer.

• We assume no responsibility for property damage when instructed by an owner or contractor to drive or unload in a specific location.

• Drivers will have the final decision where a delivery can be safely unloaded or placed.

• Due to the nature of unloading, we cannot be responsible for materials that have shifted during the process.

• Claims for shortages or damage must be submitted in pictures and writing within 5 days of the delivery.

• Deliveries are subject to a fuel surcharge and possible delivery charges.
